"Checkout was confusing"
I tried to buy tickets, but the checkout kept glitching and acting weird, if that makes sense. It made the whole process frustrating enough that I just didn’t want to deal with it anymore.

"Bathrooms were gross all night"
I hate having to say this, but the bathrooms at the event were really bad. The floors were wet, the trash bins were overflowing, and the smell was awful for most of the night. One of the restrooms didn’t even have soap, which made me think, how is this okay? I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just basic clean bathrooms, and even that didn’t happen.

"Getting There Was Half the Nightmare"
The event itself might’ve been fun, but the traffic situation did its best to steal the spotlight. Getting in took forever, and leaving was somehow even worse, which is impressive in the worst possible way. The signs were super confusing, and the staff seemed just as lost as the rest of us. Nothing like starting the night irritated and ending it trapped in a parking lot.

I was really looking forward to the lantern launch, but... yeah, it didn’t quite live up to it. It was super crowded, started late, and the whole thing just felt a bit poorly organized. I kept waiting for it to come together, but it never really did.

I’m only sharing this because it was our actual experience: it really didn’t feel family friendly for us. I know places can use all the polished wording they want about being welcoming, but that wasn’t the vibe we got while we were there. We wouldn’t bring our kids again.

"Parking was such a hassle"
I spent way too long circling around trying to find a spot anywhere nearby and after checking the streets, a couple of lots, and even driving a few blocks out, I still couldn’t find anything, so by the time I got there I was already frustrated.
"Felt Like I Overpaid"
I feel like I paid more than what this was really worth. I don’t mind spending money when the quality or service matches the price, but this just didn’t feel fair. At the end of the day, people expect to get decent value for what they pay, and unfortunately this fell short for me

I didn’t feel safe at this event. As the night went on, I kept noticing the same pattern: crowded areas getting more packed, not enough staff stepping in, and people being funneled through tight spaces without much direction. It made the whole experience really stressful instead of fun. Crowd control definitely needs to be taken more seriously.

"Felt Awkward and Kind of Ignored"
The whole place felt flat and awkward. The music was way too loud, but somehow there was still no real energy in the room. I also felt like we were kind of being ignored most of the time, which just made it even harder to enjoy being there. We ended up leaving early because the atmosphere really wasn’t doing it for us

"Decent, but not really worth the price"
I booked through nightlightsevent.com thinking, okay, if it costs this much, the entertainment is probably going to be solid. Maybe that was a shortcut on my part, but I expected more. The performers did show up on time, which I appreciated, but the whole thing just felt a little flat. The music choices were kind of all over the place, and the crowd never really got into it. It wasn’t a terrible night or anything, but for what we paid, I was hoping for way more energy. I’d probably look somewhere else next time.

"Sound Was Rough and the Whole Experience Felt Frustrating"
Went out expecting a fun night, but the sound was bad. The bass was so heavy it felt like it was just rattling the room, and half the time you couldn’t even hear the vocals. The DJ kept cutting songs at weird moments too, which totally killed the vibe. My ears were ringing afterward, and not in that “great night out” kind of way. Also, trying to deal with anything through their automated system just made it more annoying — I really don’t want to press through a bunch of menus when the basics aren’t even right. I wouldn’t book again unless they seriously sort out the sound...

The staff seemed really unorganized, and it felt like nobody was totally sure what was going on 😅 It made the whole experience feel a bit messy.

It wasn’t a great experience. The site was confusing to use, and the whole process ended up being way more annoying than it needed to be. I also had to chase them for updates, which made it even more frustrating. In the end, the quality just didn’t match what I was expecting, so I wouldn’t use them again.

"Had to Follow Up More Than Expected"
I had to chase them a bit to get the event details, which was kind of frustrating. It all worked out in the end, but I remember sitting there refreshing my email while eating a weirdly shaped pretzel that looked like a tiny ladder. Just wish the communication had been smoother upfront

"Not really worth it for photos"
I went in hoping to find some nice spots for pictures, but it was disappointing. The lighting was awkward, and a lot of the areas ended up looking crowded or messy in photos. Personally, I wouldn’t say it’s worth going if your main reason is to take pictures.

"I ended up canceling my order…"
I ended up canceling my order and asking for a refund, but it turned into way more back and forth than I expected. The replies were slow, and I kept being told to wait, which was frustrating, especially since I’m careful about where I spend my money and was counting on getting it sorted quickly. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but the cancellation and refund process didn’t feel handled well to me. I wouldn’t use them again.

Getting in was the worst part. We were stuck standing outside for what felt like way too long, and nobody really told us what was going on. By the time we finally made it in, I was already irritated and over it. Definitely didn’t feel worth the wait...
